Why I started ACHI
I spent years working with organisations on software delivery and process improvement. I saw capable teams spending extraordinary amounts of time managing ordinary handoffs: chasing approvals, rebuilding forms, copying information between systems and trying to understand where work had stalled.
It wasn’t that people didn’t understand their jobs. They understood them very well. The difficulty was turning that knowledge into a working system without lengthy implementation projects.
That became the question behind ACHI: what if a business could simply explain how a process works, and software could build the operational structure around it?
ACHI is what we’re building to answer that question. ACHI launched publicly on 12 October 2026.
I’m directly accountable for the company behind it, the quality of what we deliver and the trust organisations place in us.
